Papers are to be submitted electronically through HotCRP at the following
Submission link.
Submissions can be made in one of the following two categories
- - Papers for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings: 15 pages. A clearly marked appendix is allowed (no more than 10 pages).
- - Papers for presentation only: Free format.
Submissions should be in English and the first page must include authors' names and affiliations, and a short abstract of their contributions.
1) Papers for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings:
Papers are to be submitted electronically through HotCRP at the following Submission link. Submissions must be in English in pdf format and they must be prepared using the LaTeX style templates for OASIcs and choosing the A4 paper option. A submission must not exceed 15 pages, including the cover page, figures, tables and references. The cover page should include the title of the paper, the authors' names, affiliations and e-mails, the contact author, a list of keywords, and an abstract of 1 to 2 paragraphs summarizing the contributions of the submission. A clearly marked appendix is allowed (no more than 10 pages). The appendix will be read at the discretion of the reviewers. For each accepted paper/poster the conference requires at least one registration.
Submissions to the conference proceedings should describe novel, previously unpublished scientific contributions. They will be subject to peer review. Authors may submit only work that does not substantially overlap with work that is currently submitted or has been accepted for publication to a conference with proceedings or a journal.
2) Papers for presentation only:
Papers for presentation only: Free format.
Submissions for presentation only will go through a lighter peer review process. In particular, the authors will not receive referee reports justifying the decision of the selection committee.
